About our smoothie mix, Crystal says:
"My favourite thing about this product is how you can customise it to suit your taste. I enjoy drinking smoothies daily so it was easy for me to add this to my routine. I prefer my smoothies to be on the sweeter side so I chose to add half the recommended amount of mix and added more banana, strawberries and blueberries. I drink one smoothie a day and have that full feeling without leaking, but I can tell there is a bit more milk there".
About our cookie mix, Crystal says:
"I followed the instructions on the package and consumed three cookies on days 1 & 2, two cookies on days 3 & 4, and one cookie on days 5 & 6. A bit of back story; I had oversupply for the first 6 months, then I regulated and have rarely leaked since. Around day 4 of eating the Milk Mama cookies I had that long lost full feeling, I felt like my milk was better quality, and for the first time in a while I leaked!"
